The electronic version of the journal is an open access publication for readers. Articles are published free of charge, there is no fee for editorial processing. When using the materials, it is necessary to refer to the journal and the authors of the articles.
The purpose of the journal is to promote scientific achievements and innovative practices in the field of construction and architecture. In this regard, the tasks of the journal are: to reflect the results of research, scientific, practical and experimental activities of graduate students, undergraduates, doctoral students, to promote the main achievements of university science, to promote the identification of scientific potential for the introduction of advanced scientific achievements.
The journal is included in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), supported by the Scientific Electronic Library (www.elibrary.ru ).
The journal is included in the database Ulrich's Periodicals Directory of the American publisher Bowker, which is the largest database describing the worldwide flow of serial (periodical and ongoing) publications. It is actively used by scientific institutions to analyze the global flow of serial publications.
The series "Construction and Architecture" is included in the database DOAJ — Directory of Open Access Journals (Directory of open access journals) www.doaj.org , providing open access to full-text materials of scientific and academic journals in various languages that support the quality control system of published articles.
In accordance with Federal Law No. 77-FZ "On Mandatory Copies of Documents", copies of each issue of the Journal are sent out, including to the Russian State Library, the Library of Moscow State University, the Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the Russian National Library.
Articles in the next issue of the series are accepted: in March until December 1 of the previous year; June until March 1 of the current year; September until June 1; December until September 1.
Articles are reviewed by the editorial board, if necessary, sent for external review.
